Order Status
1.Has my order shipped?
Log into your account by selecting the Account button/icon located at the top of the page. Under “Your Order History” you may search by entering your order number, or the part number ordered.
2.How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
For any order adjustment before shipment, please call +86 15315205848, or email us [email protected]. Please have your order number available so we may assist you. Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order cannot be changed.
3.How do I track my order?
Shipping notifications are sent via email at the end of business on the day the order ships. You may also go to “Your Order History” under the Account section. Use the search bar to enter your order number.
4.My order never arrived.
Before contacting customer service, please check the following: Use the “Your Order History” search bar, under the Account section. Enter your order number to retrieve all updates. All tracking information should be displayed here. Check the tracking numbers with the corresponding carrier sites for updates on delivery status. 5.When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. Please have your order number available so we may assist you.
6.How much is my shipping?
For shipments to the US and its territories we a mix of common carrier services. To view those costs and transit times, select the parts you need, select Checkout, and provide a shipping address. This will allow us to correctly calculate the shipping costs and sales tax. Shipping cost is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information, and shipping options are available to review before finalizing your order.
7.I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong part, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the order. Please provide your order number, pictures of what was received along with your model information to ensure a quick resolution. 1.How do I create or access my account or order information.
Go to the account button/icon at the top of the page and follow the prompts to log in, retrieve a lost password, or create an account. If you did not add a password when you placed your order, then you will need to contact customer service for additional assistance at +86 15315205848 or email us [email protected] .
2.How do I return my product, and what is your return policy?
All returns must be sent to Becabiee Attn: Returns Order #: 2578 Products may be returned for a refund within 45 days of receipt. Orders must be returned to our factory in Becabiee China and may not be returned to any other address on the shipping label. Returns sent to any other address will not be processed. Product must be unused and in new condition, including all inserts, accessories, and original packaging, to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must specify the order number or include a copy of the packing slip. Please note that unless prior arrangements have been made with our customer service department, we will only refund shipping charges if the return is due to an error by Becabiee Auto Parts. If you refuse a package, we will charge you an additional shipping fee because UPS, FedEx, and the U.S. Postal Service charge a fee for the return of refused packages, and you will be charged for the shipping fee (even if you received the package free of charge) as well as the return shipping cost. If your product was damaged in shipping, or we shipped the wrong product, or if there was an error in your order, please contact our customer service department as described above with your order number.
International Shipping
1.Do you ship to my country?
BECABIEE offers international shipping to over 50 countries. Simply select from the available countries in the drop down at checkout. Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery. Unfortunately, if your country is not listed, we are unable to provide service at this time. Please note that BECABIEE does not charge taxes or duties on orders shipped outside of the United States and the buyer is responsible for any taxes or duties assessed by the country of destination.
2.Pricing and Billing Do I have to pay sales tax in the United States?
Sales tax is determined by the shipping address on the order. If that street address requires the collection of State, Municipal or other taxable jurisdictions, then this amount will be calculated prior to finalization of payment. For Tax Exempt customers, we will need a copy of your exemption to refund any taxes collected. You may submit your copy via email at [email protected].
3.I have a billing question.

4.I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
If you did not receive a copy of your receipt/invoice to the email address provided at checkout you may retrieve a copy from your Account. Select the Account button/icon at the top of the page and log in. You will be able to view your orders and print or download a copy of your receipt/invoice.
5.When will my credit appear on my account?
If a credit has been applied to your order, then it typically appears within 3 to 5 business days once a refund is issued.
6.When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged upon placement of your order. This ensures that the pricing of the part remains the same, as part pricing changes daily. How do I contact you?
